An order from my client's brother, after getting their family caricatures last month. He will be going back to U.S. this Friday, and wanted to give her girlfriend this caricature as her 21st Birthday present. She used to stay in Singapore, and loves Singapore food like chilli crab, Hainanese chicken rice, roti prata, tim sum, and Tiger Beer.
I put in landmarks like Boat Quay, Merlion and Esplanade in the background, with her dining on the bum boat on Singapore river, crab claw and Tiger Beer in her hands.
The client's initial idea was to have all these food in front of her, with landmarks on her sides in the background.
