Caricature live sketching for Snow City Winter Wonderland Activities- Day 7

Last gig for 2010.
2 hours booking, from 2pm - 4pm.

Sketched him on the Day One (the photos were accidentally deleted).
He said that piece was sent back to his wife in Phillipines. This piece is for himself.


This lady wanted a side profile for her caricature. Fun job.:)


As always, live sketching of kids is always challenging.....


This lady can really hold her smile throughout the sketching process (about 4-5 mins). This makes my job a lot easier, enjoyable and the caricature looks better!

Caricature theme - brothers watching DVD

A gift from the client to his brother (on the right) who loves to watch DVD and drink beers when they are together. He added in that guy "from the series '24' and his name is jack bauer in real life it is keifer sutherland..." aiming at them. Funny....:D

Caricature theme - Marathon @ Great Wall of China

Client's brief:-
"Hi, I would like to have a caricature of my friend to be done up. Im picturing of him running in a marathon in Great Wall of China as the theme....."
Not an easy job on the face, as the subject's photo was of very low resolution.
I can only try my best!

"Hi Jit Leong, Need you to draw Oliver: -in SAF pixelised uniform (his rank on chest is ME6) - fighting BIG fire confidently with a watering can - and he mentions "Don't Blink!" in the picture The pic is from "SDS, 14 Dec 2010". Please try to input this informatn in the pic somewhere."

I want my caricatures to be drawn as per the above attachment “4.pdf” the same position but my face style is using attachment “R2.jpg”. Me in a white color tube dress, my husband to be in white shirt. Would like Caricature in ink & marker (colour) in A3 size. At the bottom I would like to have a line written “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For you”.
As I would like to give this as a gift to my husband for our Anniversary, I need the drawing to be delivered by 29 Dec 2010 latest."

Caricature for Singapore Navy

Client's brief:-
"Hi Jit ! Saw your caricatures, really impressive. Would like to request for a caricature of my boss in ink and colour marker...... My specs: - prefer in A5 - in ink and colour marker - with the words: 'Superstar' (placed just above the caricature, to denote him) and to have a sign-off with the words, 'To Sir, with Love, from Tuas iPers Hub' which can be in the bottom right or left corner. - maybe can draw him as a naval officer with peak cap and leaning on an anchor? Anchor to have the words: 'People centric HNP'"


Urgent job. One day delivery, with framing.

"Hi Jit,


I love your pictures! I want to order another caricature from you.


This time, I want a black/white picture with a theme in the background. Here's the picture of my friend. She's working in a hospital. Hence, I want the background theme to be something related to nurse/doctor or pharmacy...."

"Hi Jit, I have decided to go ahead with printing the image on 5 T-shirts. Please advise me on the total cost as well as the dimensions of the T-shirt (XL size). :)
Instructions:
1. Caricatures in ink (b/w) - 5 persons
2. Words "Band of Brothers", would like to request that the drawing of the words be similar to the pic attached.
3. Would it be possible to draw the 5 of them wearing army helmets & uniform (doesn't have to be full bodied)?"

Today is the Christmas day.
The client engaged me for 2 hours, 2-4pm, and for the rest of the 3 days this and next weekends.


The airbrush tattoo artist - Meiya Azumi, approached me to get his caricature done.
