Am I overworked?

Just heard from radio that some people died due to overwork.
The symptom is loss in appetite, bad temper etc........
Hmmm...... I do have bad tempers when my son is naughty, especially when I have lots of drawing to do, but no loss in appetite la. Hahaha........ Whenever I am stressed, I look for food. This is dangerous and unhealthy. I will put on weight very fast!!!! But luckily I do some control. Some only, not on diet. Hahaha.......
I do work long hours daily. Everyday (weekdays), I wake up at 8am, send my son to school. Have breakfast. Come back and check and reply emails, do some drawings. Leave home around 10am+, send drawings for framing and collect framed drawings before going to work. Reach my gallery around 11am, check emails, answer calls, prepare quotations and invoices, drawings, handle walk-in enquiries and orders, draw again, go bank to drop cheques (this one sure no stress. Hahaha.....). Around 5pm+, close shop, sketch for events sometimes, fetch kids homw if no events, look after them till 8-9pm+, pass them to my wife and start drawings again, ususally to 12am+ . Sad to say that.....sometimes I have so much work that I am so stressed that I don't have the urge to do big biz on my toilet bowl. This is really unhealthy.
I don't want to die so early! Perhaps I should cut down on my workload. However, my financial burden are just too heavy that you can't think off. Tell me what can I do?!!!
Now I feel the urge to pxxx mxxxxx. Hahaha........ and then back to my drawing desk! Lots of work to clear these week, despite my extensive drawing over the last weekends......
Again, I shall foresee me being overwork this week, especially, because of the Christmas and some corporate orders........................................Help................

p/s: just received a called from a client, saying that they need to redraw the caricatures as the boss of the quadbike in the caricatures just passed away. Thus they can't use this as Christmas card. Need to do another one by this Thursday, meaning I have to overwork on top of my overwork schedule this week. I have decided not to take up this job. But delivery by Saturday still fine, though still have to overwork. Hahaha.... (money face) Give me some space to breath ma.
