面粉粿

面粉粿 -1
老妈来新一游,一时兴起,煮了她最近爱煮爱吃的面粉粿。 犹记得小时候,外婆也常煮给我们吃,那是我第一次吃面粉粿。 外婆向来节省,虽然那面粉粿薄薄的,汤底也是清淡的,但却是让我们吃得津津有味,感觉特别新鲜。那时候的我还不知道这是道客家菜肴呢!
面粉粿 -2
老妈酷爱特厚的面粉粿,她说有嚼劲,汤底更要是上汤,下足材料,鸡胸肉,黄豆加上烤过去腥的江鱼仔,熬足火候,不加味精,鲜甜味道只赖于所下的用料。
面粉粿 -3
上汤煮好后,才加入已搓好成片的面粉粿,菜心,鱼丸及鲜虾煮熟,热腾腾的一碗幸福温暖牌面粉粿,沾上酱青小辣椒,绝!棒!赞!
