Caricature live sketching for Christopher Tan 60th Birthday Party

Venue - Ritz Carlton Hotel, poolside restaurant.
Initially a 45min event, engaging 3 caricaturists (Reggie, Kamal and me)
We gave the client 1 hour, since we quoted her 1 hour (minimum booking)
And the guests came early, and we started at 6:30pm, instead of 6:45pm.
Due to popular demand, we were asked to extend till all the guests have their caricatures done.

The birthday boy. A friendly and nice guy.

A very shy girl. Doesn't smile, and doesn't want to appear in the photo.

Nice and humourous couple.

He gave me the impression of sthose singer in the 70s. Perhaps the way he dressed, and his hairstyle.

An enthusiastic lady, wanted to get her caricatures done by all the 3 caricaturists.
She gave me the impression that she wanted to look pretty in teh caricature.
Saw a bit of her eyebags, but not obvious. Problematic since I was using fountain pen.
If I draw in, it will be too obvious. Don't draw in, it won't look like her.
And I choose the latter. Looking at this photo, I think I have made a wrong decision.

The caricature of the birthday boy. Think should be done by an oversea caricatursist.
Not the style I see in local caricaturists, if I am right.
