What can I say?

On Friday evening, I did the amendments they wanted, and they confirmed it was the final amendments.
After it was done, I received another email to change some wordings.
All the efforts to open up the 1gb file to edit, save and scale down to different sizes for them to use, went down the drain. Think I shall wait for all the amendments needed before I proceed. Who knows when they like to make some changes again, when a confirmation was not a confirmation? They may have any inspirations anytime.
I don't mind changing. But please don't go back on your words. Once, they have confirmed on the illustration draft. Then when everything was done, they said they wanted to change the illustration. Then why did they approve it in the first place?
Frankly speaking, I don't feel like doing more jobs with them in the future. Too many parties involved will have lots of problems. I have foresee the consequences right from the beginning when I have quoted them. They promised once they approved it, they won't go back to the stage before the approval. Then, after they have signed the quotation, different party came in to take over. The first party like disappeared in the air. The ones in the cc list of the earlier emails no longer on the list. Good lessons for me! And they were very clever to state that they won't pay for any additional costs for any amendments. Really smart! And really stupid of me!
