using my artworks again on their website.....

Saw another website using my artworks on their caricature artist page, but this guy was from an event company who had informed me about using the images. That was few years back, just that I had forgotten about it. Strange! Getting to see more websites using my artworks recently. It should be a good sign, I think, but some were done without informing me, which I didn't like to see.
