Another one. (First case here).This website used the caricature of Albert Einstein done by me without seeking my permission or even informed me. I only got to know it till this guy emailed me, enquires about my caricature. Thanks for the appreciation of my art by putting onto your website, but an acknowledgement of the artist or link to where you got this image was greatly appreciated. But this was not the case. This website downloaded this image from my website and upload to its own server. Before we proceed further about his enquiry, I have replied him - choice of acknowledgement and link, or removal of the image from that website. Whatever it was, I don't think it was right to use other people's stuff and used it as his own without seeking the owner's permission. Please do it in an appropriate way. Both parties will be happy, at least no fuss. Right?
