咸鱼蒸猪肉




哈!二十三年没吃过的菜肴,老妈在我提起下也心血来潮,再煮出这道菜。她说自己也有三十多年没吃过了。

这曾经在寄宿在三舅外家常吃的一道菜,简单但美味。

这次是老妈的版本,在猪肉上加了薯粉,使它更嫩滑,因此汁较浓浊,没有我曾吃过的鲜, 但已经很感动了,大舅说他也二十多年没吃过这道外婆也常煮的菜肴!哗!经典菜肴!

这一次老妈用了巴刹买的普通咸鱼(下图),味道嫌腥,后来用了向三舅讨来的关丹梅香咸鱼(上图),味道马上提升了数级,一个字 - 棒!
