Caricature live sketching for Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)

A 2-hour event, from 6:30pm - 8:30pm, at Fairmont Hotel, Ink Club Bar.
The event organiser, LHKMedia is a company from Hong Kong.
They engaged my service, and the crew flew all the way from Hong Kong to Singapore to run this 'Thank You Party' for RBS.

They required 2 caricaturists, and I got Reggie to partner me.

The client requested more exaggerated, like the American style caricature.
I did a switch in medium for this event. I use pencil (which I use for gigs many years back) for the caricatures, instead of the normal ink and brush medium. Hopefully I can get new inspiration from it.

The lighting was pretty dim, but still better than candlelight.

I was out for whole day with errands and meetings, and didn't manage to have the time to go home and get my Nikon D80 to snap these photos.

I used my iPhone to snap instead. Looks rather grainy, but considered quite good under this low lighting setting.


We were told to stop for about 30 minutes for the sppech by the big boss.....

and continued after that.

She was waiting eagerly to get her caricature done.
