These 55 individual caricatures drawn (with their individual names, company logo and event titles) will be printed on mugs for Fisher Scientific ICMAT 2011 delegates this month.
Some people's features are just right for caricature.

Having fun with the brush strokes here.
Finer lines gave more character to the caricatures.
Bolder brush strokes here. The reference photo has strong light and shadow contrast. I have to pick out the features in the shade and ink down the lines on paper. A rather challenging but fun one!

It was a tough process in getting the caricatures drawn, edited (make sure I don't have any typo errors), and printed on mugs, but the results was the satisfaction.
It was like seeing 55 babies in front of me!:D
The client was in doubt that I can't get them printed sharply like her previous supplier.
I told her the quality I give my clients must cross my benchmark first before I sell to my clients.
And she was happy with the outcome.:)
