I did a series of cartoon illustrations for First Ship Lease 5 years back for their Initial Public Offering (IPO) Closing Dinner.
This time, they wanted another sets of cartoons to hand in their office (too) and give to some of their clients and involved parties in this scenario.
First round of pencil sketches based on their brief.
Second round, with rearrangement of sequence and changes to the sketches.
One more round of refinement before the inking.
Inking done, and ready for coloring.
This time, I suggested digital rendering vs color marker done in previous job.
The outcome is a lot cleaner and has more comic feel.
Framed up in black acrylic frame.
Smaller version for the clients.
Overview of all the frames.
