Stage performance for an AXA event

This is what I seldom do.
11 Jan 2012, 4-5pm to rehearse.
12 Jan 2012, 8am-9:15am is the actual event which we need to write/paint the keywords on the backdrops.
The client required 4 artists to complete this job in 4.5mins, in sync with the live drummer performance.

I sought Reggie, Ivan and his friend for help.
