Caricature for Ang & Partners

Client's brief:-
"Hi Jit
I would like to have a caricuture for one of our partners leaving the firm end of Sep.
I attach his photo and an example of a picture we image it to be.
Obviously I am not an artist like you. So I leave it in your good hand to have a beautiful drawing.
The theme should be:
He is cycling along the Marina Sand Bay with his back (like far away) can see alot of tall buildings but specifically one named CPF Bldg (which is our office now) and may be somewhere along the Marina Sand Bay some buildings (but one named Marina Bay Financial Centre (which he where is will be heading to).
The tag number on his singlet should be outstanding and It should be no. 703
Along the road please add some trees.
Wording (Italic also can) on the background of the picture As to how it is being arranged I will leave it to your discretion.
