This is an app which allows the user to go into Singapore in the 1960s. This version particularly focuses on Temple Street of Chinatown. Through the various 3D panoramas comparison, the user will have an in-depth understanding of Singapore history, cultural background of the Chinese immigrants - their lifestyle, occupation, living environment.
We did the olden days shophouses, characters (like street hawkers, Samsui woman, Ma Jie 妈姐), vehicles in 3DSMax and Autodesk Maya, based on the reference we get from National Archives of Singapore (NAS), Chinatown Business Association (CBA), with the help of National Heritage Board (NHB) under the Heritage Industry Incentive Programme or HI2P.
