An hour gig (6-7pm) at Ritz Carlton Hotel.
The client requested for 2 caricaturists.
I got Reggie to partner me again.

Caricature theme - wedding @ Disney castle

Client's brief:-
"Hello,
I would like make an order for our wedding caricature.
I'm looking at a prince and princess theme.
Background: Sunset sky with a beautiful Disney castle and a water bridge.
Princess: Flowy gown with long train. Would love to have abit of red color in the dress.
Add a tiara on top of my tudung (headgear).
Prince: Matching clothes. Hairdo and goatee same as the pictures attached.
A overall picture which looks elegant, sweet and beautiful.
Prefer our faces to be less bloated.
Do add "Salih & Risha", 25 Jun 2011 at the bottom of the portrait....."

Caricature for Hill Dickinson LLP

Client's brief:-
"Please note that we will like you to do up a caricature for our senior partner who will be leaving us tomorrow. His name is xxxxxxxxxx. I have attached two pictures in this email (the one below, and attached - you will notice the only gentleman in the picture). Our firm operates as the Maritime International Law Firm - a theme of water, with boats, or of something along that line will be ideal. I shall leave this in your very capable hands!! Was very impressed with the last one you did for me (for Allen & Overy - if you remembered).....
Can I change the whole theme to him being on a yacht drinking a bottle of champagne in the sea?"

My supplier just sent me a new product - a caricature (image) printed out and inserted into a water bottle.

Caricature live sketching for TLC

A 4-hours gig (6-10pm), was extended for another 30 minutes due to popular demand, at ION Sky, level 55-56 of ION Orchard.





The client requested for 2 caricaturists. I got Reggie to partner me.
We were requested to put on hat, vest, beret and scaft for this gig.

The lighting started to dim down, and we have many colourful disco lights shining on our paper and subjects, which made the sketching a lot harder. (The bright lighting in these photos was due to the flash used in the photo-shoot.)
