"Dear sirs, 
 My name is Kana Maruta and I would like to order a portrait for my boss leaving Singapore back to Japan......
As he loves carpet, I want you to draw him on a flying carpet like attached sample......
Please note that he is a serious person so I prefer that you would draw him as a "good looking guy"
