digital portrait illustration for Pico Art International- Ann Wee

Pretty urgent job, which just came in this afternoon..
A series of 14 portrait illustration, due this weekend, for a citation booklet of awards.
Something similar to the job for SPH Magazines, but with more shades required.
The reference photos which they have were pretty low resolution, not usable for printing.
Thus, they need these portraits to be illustrated.
